Get in touch to let us know what you need doing, when you need it doing and whether you would prefer the work to take place at our workshop or on site. We’ll check that it’s something we can confidently help with and, if it is, then we’ll get back to you with a quote -usually within 24 hours subject to availability of parts pricing.
If you are happy to go ahead, then we will book your equipment in. If the work isn’t going to be done on site, you can either ship it to us, Drop it off personally or we can collect it from you.
Once we have received the equipment we will complete an inspection and get back to you with a quote to carry out the work. There is a non-refundable inspection charge of £60 that will be waived if you elect to proceed with the repair.
If your equipment requires repair, one of our experienced repair technicians will complete your repair to manufacturer standards.
We take nothing for granted. Once we’ve completed your repair, we will thoroughly test your equipment before dispatch.
If the equipment is being repaired in our workshop, we will let you know that it’s ready for dispatch. You can choose to collect the equipment from us or we can arrange to ship it back to you.
