PhaseOne supported GSF Car Parts with an Awards ceremony held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole (NEC)

PhaseOne Productions proudly partnered with GSF Car Parts to deliver an extraordinary Awards Ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, located near the NEC. Our team was instrumental in designing and executing the technical production, seamlessly integrating lighting, video, and audio to ensure the event's success.

The highlight of the event was a stunning 15-meter-wide stage set, which incorporated two high-resolution 3.9mm video walls on either side to display slides and dynamic video content. Additionally, we installed four sleek 3m x 1m LED walls, strategically positioned for digital branding, enhancing the visual appeal of the ceremony.

To elevate the experience further, we provided a wireless live camera feed, capturing the moment award winners received their accolades. This live footage was also streamed to support the charismatic event host, Jason Manford, ensuring every moment was engaging and professionally showcased.

Our expertise and dedication contributed to an unforgettable evening, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.

To achieve a clean and minimal appearance, a PA solution was implemented using the 'heard not seen' approach. The main pa system was flown close to maximum trim to avoid clashes with other production elements while still ensuring coverage throughout the venue. This strategy delivered all performances with maximum impact.

The PA system for the event needed to look sophisticated during the day and be powerful enough to accommodate the live band and DJ in the evening. with front fills and four 2x18" subs to deliver a rich sound for the entertainment following the awards ceremony.

The stage was covered in a black carpet finish with two sets of steps.

The stage performance area was 7m wide by 6m deep, with additional wings measuring 3.5m x 2m designated for the awards photo area.
